Policies

Processing time: All items are handmade to order, so please allow a 3-4 week processing time prior to shipping. (This is business days only- 21-30 business days).

     -Orders will not be refunded if you did not read the processing time stated here. 

Returns/Exchange: Since all items are handmade to order, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are offered at this time. If for some reason an item arrives damaged, please contact us. Please note it is your responsibility as a customer to read policies prior to placing an order, therefore no refunds will be issued.

Sizing: All default sizes are based off an average wrist size (child and adult). We do offer custom sizing if request is made in message box at checkout or emailed to us prior to the item being shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges, if the size does not fit. We offer an option to add an extender for a fee and we are not responsible for shipping either way. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether the average size or custom size is appropriate. 

Baby/child bracelets: These bracelets are not to be worn unattended. By purchasing, you are waiving us of responsibility and agreeing to monitor your child while wearing.

Jewelry Care: As with all fashion jewelry, to maintain color and quality, keep away from water and do not sleep in. 

Holiday Orders: all orders placed by the their respective deadlines will be shipped according to USPS shipping dates for Holiday delivery.  

    - all orders placed after the holiday deadline are not guaranteed for delivery. Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to read and review shop policies prior to purchasing and therefore a refund cannot be offered on an item placed after the deadline. Shipping: All packages are sent through USPS and are packaged in perfect condition upon leaving. We are not responsible once packages leave our hands and therefore do not offer refunds on items lost by USPS or not received by the expected delivery date.

     - If you would like to add insurance to your package, please contact us to be sent an invoice through paypal for cost of insurance. Insurance allows for a claim to be open in the case of a lost package. If a package is insured and lost, we can open a claim for you. If you do not choose to pay for insurance and your package is lost, we cannot provide you any other assistance other than what the USPS tracking states.
